Terms of service

1. Using Haydari

Haydari lets you translate, review, typeset, export and publish books. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the books you upload, the translations produced for you, and your edits. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display that content only to run the service for you, and, for books you choose to publish, to show them to the public. Unpublishing stops public display.

Only upload works you have the right to translate and publish. We remove content when we receive a valid notice that it infringes someone's rights.

3. Machine translation

Translations are produced with the help of AI models and can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing a translation before you publish or distribute it.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Plan and billing; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Monthly page and assistant limits reset at the start of each calendar month. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Community

Be respectful in ratings, reviews and comments. No harassment, hate, spam or illegal content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Haydari available and your work safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

7. Changes

We'll tell you about material changes to these terms by email or in the app before they take effect.
